My water heater spring a leak. I called my homeowners insurance and they sent out Dwellsmith. They were quickly responsive. Ricardo and his team came to my house and immediately began working on the water that had accumulated in the kitchen, garage and bedroom. Ricardo explained everything they were doing and why. During the time the fans were in the house, Ricardo and his team came out when a small problem arose with water accumulating again. Again, very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Responsive not only to the needs of the leak, but to my obvious distress. Thak you so much Dwellsmith and you Ricardo.

I have been extremely happy with EVERYTHING Dwellsmith did for me. I had a pipe burst in my bathroom that flooded the master bath, master bedroom, master closet and office. I wasn't pleased with the first company that my insurance company sent. Then Dwellsmith came into the picture and the magic started. They arrived when they said they would. I always knew what steps were next in the process. And when I decided that I would upgrade the damaged rooms, I got solid information and advice. They picked up items that I bought myself (shower doors and toilet) from Lowe's which they didn't have to do. The finished product is perfect!! I am so happy! Thank you Ricardo, Junior and Justin!
