Dan and his team were fantastic after we had water damage in our house. He came out quickly to inspect the damage and his team completed the mitigation service and drying within 2 days. The crew was very professional and respectful. I would highly recommend this company.

So far, we’ve worked with Justin for our water leak on our “third” floor. He has been very communicative, and he has explained each part of the process so far (mitigation). The work has been done timely and he’s met every goal he’s set to get us fully dried out on virtually 3 floors. He’s careful with our belongings and extremely conscientious. I’ll be back to continue my review once the reconstruction team takes over. I am confident the next steps will go smoothly and more than satisfied!!!!

I was in need of a mold consultation. When I called they were able to schedule me the next day. They provided a TWO hour time window- WAY better than a 4 hour or all day window. I received a text about an hour prior to arrival with the technicians name. Justin was thorough, on time and friendly. Luckily, the issue was small and did not require professional services and I could remediate on my own. He even explained the best way to deal with the issue and future prevention. He also offered to right up a quote for them to take care of it if I chose that route. Best of all the consultation was complementary! I highly recommend United Water Restoration.
