I'm spending time on a beautiful Saturday morning to write this review because this company deserves a great review. We unfortunately had used First Choice Water Damage Experts before in a different home. Experiencing a water leak in your home is such a stressful event, we reached out to Aaron even though our new home is not in the service area he normally covers because we knew we could trust him with the remediation so no mold growth occurred. He responded immediately, even coming out on Easter Sunday, and returned multiple days afterward to ensure the remediation was done thoroughly and correctly. Unlike the first leak, was not a simple job—our 75-year-old home had multiple layers of flooring, and the damage required removal of cabinets and kitchen flooring. Aaron handled everything with professionalism and care, making sure every layer was properly addressed and completely dried out. Aaron gave us a status of what he'd done and what he would do next each visit. He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing, why it mattered, and what to expect next. We were kept informed daily on progress and next steps, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. The very best of the best. We had a sewer line clog cause an overflow situation requiring a bunch of cleanup and restoration work. We were being jerked around by the contractor we had chosen, but my adjustor suggested this company and they stepped in to help us out with honest and detailed assessments and estimates.
