We cannot express how grateful we are for Mathew and DRYMedic's services, and we highly recommend this company for any mitigation and restoration services. We recently experienced some significant water damage as a result of a dishwasher malfunction and leak into the sub-floor. We called Matthew on a Friday evening, and he had fans in our kitchen trying to dry out the water damage within hours. Matthew came-by every day to check progress and ultimately, we made the determination to remove some of the flooring in the kitchen along with cabinetry. Matthew and his Team did an excellent job during demolition. In closing, during what was a very stressful time, Matthew and DRYmedic were constant professionals, great communicators, and on top of all of that, worked with our insurance company to ensure we received coverage for the damage and services. To date, we had not utilized our homeowner's policy and Matthew's expertise and guidance during this process was essential for getting these services covered. He worked very hard to dry out everything in the house that was affected by the big upstairs water leak. His communication was great throughout the whole process.
