Charlie and Juan were absolutely exceptional!! From the moment they walked in to the moment they left, they went above and beyond to make sure I was informed, comfortable and knew of all the next steps. We had just moved in and felt a little overwhelmed, but by the end of their service I felt so much better. They even took one of my boxes to the trash for me while it was raining and helped bring in one my heavier packages that got delivered. They’re knowledgeable in their field, capable, thorough, efficient, and the perfect mix of friendly and professional. A dynamic duo and the best of the best!!!
I am very pleased with the services of RestorePro today! Cam and Sylvester are a great team! They communicated with me thoroughly about what was needed and done, documented with photographs which I need for the insurance claim, and showed me everything and answered questions. They took measures to protect my belongings. I am so much more at peace now that the first phase of this project has been done.
