I cannot say enough amazing things about Restore Pro and the incredible job they did after our water leak on January 1st. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring during a very stressful situation. They arrived quickly, explained every step of the process, and made us feel confident that everything was under control. Their attention to detail, communication, and quality of work exceeded every expectation we had. They treated our home with such care and respect, and the final results were absolutely outstanding. Tim, Cam, Katie, Mitch, Henry and Ashley were on top of everything from day 1! They worked with us through every single detail! Jamie Wood did an amazing job helping us to navigate with Insurance and keeping us informed on the process. What could have been a nightmare turned into a smooth and reassuring experience because of Restore Pro. Their team went above and beyond to make sure everything was restored perfectly, and their customer service was truly top-notch. Our project manager, Ryan Soule, was truly AMAZING!!!! He exceeded our expectations of handling all of this. He was always there when we called or needed him and he took care of any and everything that needed to be done. Every single detail! I wanted to come back and leave a separate review for the repairs/rebuild team, because they truly went above and beyond. After the remediation work was complete, the repairs team stepped in and did an excellent job bringing everything back together. The quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the effort to keep things moving quickly did not go unnoticed. Hayden, the project manager, was especially outstanding. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, often reaching out proactively with progress updates, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. It’s clear he genuinely cares about both the work and the customer experience, and that makes a huge difference. I’m very grateful for the level of communication and care this team provided. They kept me updated every step of the way, worked quickly, and were incredibly accommodating with scheduling. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I especially appreciated Ashley and Charlie. Ashley was so helpful on the administrative side and made the insurance process feel much less overwhelming. Charlie managed the remediation and demolition after our water damage, and he was especially outstanding—so friendly, highly communicative, and always kept us in the loop. We always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. I’m really grateful for their support during a stressful situation and would absolutely recommend them.

Restore Pro came out to my house and cleaned up a busted fresh water pipe that flooded my upstairs and leaked thru the duct work. Sylvester and CAM were my 2 technicians, and they were wonderful. Very professional, from their Introduction and explanation of their findings and what their plan would be going forward. When they were ready to leave. I completely understood everything they had told me. I would definitely call this company again and if they are available, I'll ask for Sylvester and CAM.
