When my apartment flooded, I was overwhelmed — water everywhere, rugs soaked, flooring damaged, and no idea where to start. They were onsite to help in less than an hour. They were out quickly and got straight to work assessing the damage. Communication was great — every single time they were coming, they called ahead with a 30-minute warning. The team was thorough beyond what I expected. They set up industrial drying equipment throughout multiple rooms, removed damaged flooring, dried the subfloor, and made sure every affected area was properly treated and documented. They clearly knew what they were doing and took the time to explain each step of the process. A special shoutout to Corey, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish and made sure all my questions were answered. And an extra special thank you to Mario and Rob — these two were absolutely fantastic. Professional, hardworking, kind, and genuinely seemed to care about getting things right. They went above and beyond and it did not go unnoticed. If you're ever dealing with water damage, don't hesitate — call this company. Corey, Jackson, Jenni, Eli, Maria, Caro, Val, Vivi, Pablo and Rachel were all absolutely amazing. All communication was fantastic, and I truly felt they were on my side with my best interests in mind each step of the way. Every person I have encountered from this company has been absolutely lovely as both people and professionals. They helped me with things I didn’t understand and went above and beyond for me during an extremely chaotic and challenging time in my life. Every single item I owned was meticulously wrapped, packed, labeled and cared for while my house was under construction from a flood. United Water Restoration Group is THE company to call in the event of any home or commercial emergency! The level of service is unmatched. They truly care about their customers and are incredibly fast at responding. Apart from all that, it is their caring that greatly separates them from their competition. My daughter had a recent water emergency (her 1st apartment and it was day 1). Chris & Mark were incredibly responsive, caring and made sure (even still) that she was take care of. Kevin (owner) is awesome and he really sets the tone for their "Service First" mentality that permeates across all the organization.
