They clearly knew what they were doing and took the time to explain each step of the process. A special shoutout to Corey, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish and made sure all my questions were answered. From beginning to end, the United Water Restoration team was great. Gage showed up first and started the water removal process. Over the next four days, other members of the team including Carson, LA and Mario were also at our home. All 4 gentlemen were very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. They communicated clearly and kept us informed throughout the process. We were very impressed with the great job they did, especially their thoroughness and attention to detail. Thanks guys!
Plumber came out to look at an issue and when done suggested we call United Restoration. I received a call shortly after and set up appt. for next day. Corey DeRenzis came out the next day. He was professional yet personable. I appreciated his knowledge and his honesty. I told him I wish we had met over 13 yrs ago when I had another well known co. do some restoration in my home and crawlspace. That co. started off good then changed.
