We were over due for our house needing to be painted, we have the horrible masonite siding and birds were starting to make holes in places. We had used Cardinal Restoration for an interior project a few years ago and really liked the quality. We called Chris to give us an estimate, he came out and did a walk around and explained everything that we needed to have done. Our estimate came in at a very reasonable price for all the nail pops that needed to be filled and wood and board replacement. Andy and Chris came out to do the repair and prep, they were friendly and showed up when they said they were coming. Then came the painting crew, Lance, Jason, CJ, Chala and more came out the last day and got the job done. Lance and Chris did a great job in communication on the project progress. They were all very respectful of our property, even were considerate about all my native plants that were close to the house. They cleaned up after each day and communicated on when they would return the next day. One issue we had that we weren't expecting, but not their fault, I had hired some knuckle heads to repair wood under the upstairs windows, they messed up the flashing under the shingles, so we have to have someone from their team to come out and fix that. (I think his name was Elvis) cost us time and more money, but now it's done right and they used concrete siding to replace, so it should last forever. Lesson learned cheap is not always better. We highly recommend this team for your home projects, we are already dreaming of a bathroom remodel in the future. Thanks Cardinal, you all rock!

Cardinal Restoration truly goes above and beyond. I’ve now used them for two different homes, and each experience has been exceptional. Reuben and his team with Jason and Anthony were a God-send during our home disaster / sewer back-up. Most importantly, they were careful not to cross contaminate and ready, willing, and un-phased by the daunting clean-up/mitigation task ahead of them. They were prompt, reliable, courteous, and friendly. They very much know the science and mechanics of their business, creating a trusting relationship with the homeowner. I felt I was in very good hands and highly recommend!
