Our hot water heater burst a seam while we were out of state. PRS completed the remediation (drywall, insulation, flooring removal etc.) and repairs. Both the mitigation (Esam, Cameron, Daniel, Christian, Brent and others) and repair (Cody, Jason, plus the removal/prep group) teams were amazing to work with -they were timely (providing a heads up when 30 min away), respectful of property (removal of toilet, pedestal sink, oven, dishwasher etc.), extremely responsive, and knowledgeable. We had a ton of questions at each step and everyone at PRS was patient and very helpful. Both mitigation and repair teams -all went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and to address all of our concerns. They provided thorough and top quality work. They easily navigated our insurance claim (we have State Farm) and we are pleased with how they advocated for us. When it came time for repairs there were some extra requests/add ons/costs we wanted and PRS was beyond accommodating. We worked the most with Cody (our project manager for repairs) - he was 100% there to make sure we got what we wanted. During work he stopped by to check things over numerous times and talk with us. We are extremely happy with the end product. We would def. hire PRS again.

This is a couple months overdue , but I couldn't forget to give a review for the OUTSTANDING service I received. As a young female homeowner doing this on my own (WHILE WEDDING PLANNING), I was incredibly stressed out about getting the run around. The mitigation service I received from another company was a nightmare and I'd already had a couple contractors either ghost me or make me question whether they actually had my best interests in mind, When I called PRS, I was desperate for someone who made me feel confident in their work and were willing to go back in forth with my insurance. Meeting my Project Manager Cody was honestly an answer to a prayer. He showed up with confidence, clear intent, a plan , and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or take advantage of the fact that I didn't know much about anything. If anything, he was always looking out for me and making recommendations based on what was best for me. Cody was incredibly communicative throughout the entire 6-7 months I was serviced. I never had to wonder what was going on because he kept me updated every step of the way. Any and all communication was quick, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with how everything turned out. Finding contractors you can trust is hard, but PRS made the whole process so much easier...and they did great when they hired Cody. I have already recommended them to family and friends. While I hope to not have any other disasters, PRS will be the FIRST CALL I make should anything else ever happen.

We had a water leak in our crawl space that caused a bunch of damage under our house and the hardwood floors inside of our house as well. PRS was awesome from the very start as they came right away and immediately started assisting with the clean up and remediation plan. All of the crew from PRS were knowledgeable and professional. I do want to specifically call out Mike Brown as he was exceptional on all fronts. He made himself available for all levels of questions, planning, and he would reply over phone call and/or text at all hours. However, all of the staff at PRS were awesome and would certainly recommend PRS to anyone. PRS made a stressful experience much easier to navigate.
