Servpro was great on the phone and in person. They arrived less than two hours after I called and were professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and communicative. The project manager, Mike, was very organized and efficient. Their tools and team were very effective. I feel confident that this team helped me minimize the harm from a bad water leak.

Initially, Steve Riordan came out and assessed the damage to our floor and while the source of the water wasn’t apparent, he took the time to trace the water to a suspected source and have the advice that it would be best to pull up some of the vinyl and see how far the water went. His crew of Jorge M, Kenny M and Matthew G came out and within half an hour several planks were pulled up and a lot more water was prevalent than what I initially thought. I’m grateful that they took the time to keep going until all of the water was gone. They even capped off a supply line, removed a toilet and had no problems moving fixtures and furniture while still taking care of things. I’m extremely pleased.

ServePro has a contract with State Farm. I chose them to repair water damage to my walls because they had a good reputation. However, I've been in contact with two different men who have never responded back to phone calls, or even contact from State Farm. The first man said he would be back with a proposal the following week. I never heard from him. After my 3rd phone call to him, the message read he's no longer with ServePro. The next person who came out said he wanted to to come out after the memorial holiday with someone who does plaster work. Never heard from him again.
