Initially, Steve Riordan came out and assessed the damage to our floor and while the source of the water wasn’t apparent, he took the time to trace the water to a suspected source and have the advice that it would be best to pull up some of the vinyl and see how far the water went. His crew of Jorge M, Kenny M and Matthew G came out and within half an hour several planks were pulled up and a lot more water was prevalent than what I initially thought. I’m grateful that they took the time to keep going until all of the water was gone. They even capped off a supply line, removed a toilet and had no problems moving fixtures and furniture while still taking care of things. I’m extremely pleased.
My mom’s basement had sewage flood in after a bad rain storm. Servpro quickly put her at ease - they were very timely, empathetic and provided great communication. Kenan L., from Servpro, led the clean up. He and his team were detailed, thorough and worked really hard to get the space cleaned.
