Christy Shocklee was terrific. She was on time, courteous, professional and did a thorough assessment of the mold present in our home as a result of a cracked stack pipe that leaked into our basement, as well as evaluating other areas in the house, including a smaller area of damage that was possibly a result of a leak in the roof. She answered all my questions and concerns and tested several areas for air quality. We can now go ahead and contact a company to do the mold remediation.
