I had the MoldMan (Mike) do an Air Quality Test at my Sister’s house for peace of mind. Obviously, I called after doing my own home-test which basically said I may as well burn the house down and start over. Home-tests are not at all accurate…so maybe just call the MoldMan and ask questions and see what they recommend given your concerns. Mike took the samples and walked me through the whole house during his visual inspection. He gave me tips on how to prevent dust and mold growth. The light he used showed dust I couldn’t see otherwise. It turns out the house is good, just a bit dusty. Mike was delightful and I felt safe. Call the MoldMan. They are patient and they will help you. I’m so glad I did. We feel much better.
