THIS is the team to call! Although I awakened Todd in the middle of the night, he had a crew at the house before 9 in the morning. They set to work at once, told me exactly what they could do, discussed my options, and told me clearly what it would cost. Trevor, Jack and Evan kept in touch throughout the process. They were very respectful of the property, treating it as if it were their own. I have worked with another firm that was franchised through and out of state company. True North's service, pricing, and customer interaction are MILES ahead of the prior group. True North is quite literally an answer to prayer!
I contacted True North to help me consolidate the mess in my house. I'm getting ready to move soon and needed organization. I was unable to do a lot of tasks as I am waiting to get my hip replaced. I did help as much as I could, but had to rest a lot because of severe hip pain. They were on time, very polite, kind, and thorough. They were good at figuring me out meaning they eventually could tell what I wouldn't want and what I'd want to keep......yet, they'd still ask me to look through things before they threw them out. I do have some pics, and you'll notice many things were placed in large plastic bins awaiting transportation to where I'll be moving to.
