Todd is fantastic to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. His cleanup crew showed up fully prepared, worked hard, and handled everything with professionalism and attention to detail. I can’t recommend True North Restoration enough. If you need this type of service, they’re the team you want. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation!

I contacted True North to help me consolidate the mess in my house. I'm getting ready to move soon and needed organization. I was unable to do a lot of tasks as I am waiting to get my hip replaced. I did help as much as I could, but had to rest a lot because of severe hip pain. They were on time, very polite, kind, and thorough. They were good at figuring me out meaning they eventually could tell what I wouldn't want and what I'd want to keep......yet, they'd still ask me to look through things before they threw them out. I do have some pics, and you'll notice many things were placed in large plastic bins awaiting transportation to where I'll be moving to.
