We had Smoke damage through out the main floor of our home. I called three different restoration companies. Restoration 1 was by far the best of the three companies that I contacted. Ryan and his crew made sure that both my wife and I were kept upto date through-out the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with each step of the process, including working with our insurance to make sure that it was done right and the supporting companies met their high standards. We had a couple of minor accidents, some broken dishes that fell out of a cabinet as it was moved and a small scratch on our wood floor in our bedroom. In both cases the crew notified us of the incidents and Ryan made sure that we were happy with the repairs and payment for the broken dishes. They had a flooring company ("SBV", I would also recomend them for any flooring needs you may have.) matched our floor so well that there is no way you could tell where the scratch was. The painter that Restroation 1 used was also first class. They also went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the finished work. Ryan Ulrich and Restoration 1 is a world class company to work with and they make sure that the supporting companies that they work with for painting and flooring have the same high standards. I would recommend them without any reservation to take care of your Restoration projects.
My in-laws got some water in the basement, from some heavy rains. I had them reach out to Restoration 1 and Philip Marinello.. Super responsive, very quick to get out, professional service very professional crew. Job was done quick. Everything was cleaned up and in-laws are gonna get some new flooring out of it. Highly recommend Restoration 1 of Kansas City!
