I called Fine Restoration after noticing visible moisture in my basement paneling. Tylar gave me a quote for removing the paneling and drying out the area behind it. Normally, I sleep on such a decision, but Tylar's calm and reassuring demeanor and thorough description of the work to be done convinced me to have him and his crew complete it that day as they were already in my neighborhood. I was particularly impressed by how clean they left the area as it is a finished basement. I will not hesitate to contact Tylar and Fine Restoration again.

We had a water leak starting in the kitchen that traveled downstairs through the wall. Eric had his contractors with Fine Restoration quickly knocked out walls and flooring, dried up all the water, put in new insulation and drywall, painted, shampooed carpet, and put in new flooring in the kitchen. Eric inspected the work done throughout the project. Eric was wonderful and knowledgeable, making everything much easier and less stressful for us. I highly recommend Fine Restoration to everyone.

They were very pleasant and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The area is very clean and picked up of any debris. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a professional restoration. I mainly dealt with Alonzo who is very professional at all times. The missing star is because my pilot light went out on my water heater during this whole process and they were not able to get it lit again. But I have no doubt that will be fixed soon.
