Bedrock was the third company we reached out to for water mitigation services for water damage. We're processing a claim through our home insurance. We're really glad we found them. So far they have been empathetic, very considerate of our home, communicative and have kept their word. Up to this point we have used them for the drying out process. Jesse was calm, empathetic and thoroughly answered my questions about what to expect. He arrived early the next day. He was the only company of the three that had equipment ready to go to start the drying process. The other two companies had to book out the next day for the drying process. If you've had water damage you know timing is of the essence. Him and his team took such care with our things. They had shoe covers on, took care in moving our items without dinging them, communicated with me about where I wanted things, and checked in regularly so I knew what they were recommending. They clearly have the homeowners interest in mind and I have confidence they will advocate for our needs to our adjustor. If you want someone you can count on, who will take care in finding a solution that is the least invasive yet still effective, and who will be both kind and professional in caring for your home, I recommend them.
