Contacted us quickly on the weekend. We thought we had an ice dam and roof leak after seeing mold on our ceiling and an ice dam on the roof above. John was honest about the damage (less than we initially thought). He moved quickly to take out the affected part of our ceiling and wall and contained the mold and gave us references for who could help us with repair of the ceiling/wall. Very kind, helpful, proactive, and fast.
We have had Done Right in the past and they always were on time and did a fantastic job! I probably waited a little too long to have the carpet cleaned this time! They were able to clean it so good I couldn’t believe how wonderful they look! They were able to fit me into their schedule same day as they ended up with an opening! They move some furniture which was a wonderful plus for us!!! Very reasonable also!!! Highly recommend them!!!
