We had 2-3 inches of rain water in our base ment after a storm in Omaha, NE. DOMINIC and his crew were called in to assist our local serve pro. They were here quickly and took care of removing the water and removing some sheetrock. They monitored the driers and air scrubbers daily. They were efficient, friendly, thorough and reliable. I can’t say enough good about this crew. Thank you for your diligence.
From the very start of the cleanup/remediation process, Gustavo was always in contact with us, going over every step in great detail. If I had questions he answered them immediately. To the crew that came out to the house to handle the work, Henry and Stephen, you did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the process overall. I would highly recommend Servpro’s services to anyone who is in need of remediation in their home or place of business. Thank you again gentleman for all of your hard work!
Update: Servpro reached out to me and apologized for a clerical error when the appointment was scheduled. We met the following day and are moving forward with the work. I have changed the rating to 3 stars, and will update again upon completion of the work. Had an appt set for 3pm for a deep house cleaning quote. They were supposed to contact me prior to arriving to confirm arrival time. Unfortunately, I never got a call, nor a call back when I called the office 3 times and had to navigate thru the annoying messaging machine, each time to be assured that someone would call back immediately, but the call never came. After waiting until 3:45 without a call back, I drove home, which was another 45 minute drive. This company wasted 3 hours of my day. If they didn't want the job, just call and say so. Don't set up an appointment and then just go silent. In my opinion, they are very unprofessional and I will never consider using ServPro ever again. I would rate them zero stars, if that were an available choice.
