A day and a half after a huge rain in Kansas City, the ServePro team was on top of it and kept me informed the whole way. Work done was amazing and aside from the damage to the carpet and baseboards, everything was put back to normal, working on the other stuff with insurance company. When I first called Servpro I was very unsure of what the outcome would be for my issue. Dominic gave me call almost immediately after I submitted my request and asked to do a house call the exact same day. After looking at the damage in my kitchen he assigned his teammate Jose to come out and setup for repair. Jose and his crew came out the very next day with all the proper equipment, PPE and floor mats to make sure they could get the job done without getting in the way of my normal life. The equipment was there for a few days and I was kept in the loop the entire time. Everyone was very professional, efficient and courteous while they were in my home. The service is well worth the price. I will be reaching out to this team for any needs i may have in the future. Thank you guys.
