The team at Cap City is really second to none. My wife and I had our townhome first floor completely redone by Chad Mark and the great team at Cap City. From the very start, They listened to us to ensure that they understood exactly what we wanted. They put together an exceptional plan, pointing out things that we never thought of and made sure throughout the project that we were informed knew exactly what was going on, and that any questions we had were immediately answered. The quality of their work is really second to none the team that they have Jake, Tom and everyone else really made the experience pleasurable, I can say this without fear of contradiction, anyone that uses Cap City builders will write a similar review because these guys know exactly what they’re doing and they really do everything well! They are exceptional professionals! Every one of them is a genuine good person. I was thrilled with the work that was done in our home, but I’m even happier that I got to meet these gentlemen that make up the whole team at Cap City. You can see from the pictures their work is exceptional! I recommend them wholeheartedly! We have a great first floor that we love!

Our first project with Capital City was updating our staircase. Dave did a tremendous job understanding our vision and then creating a beautiful masterpiece. Our second project was to put new windows in our entire house. We were able to also update all of our exterior doors and still come in lower than many other company's bids. Jeremy was great at helping us decide on the best updates and we absolutely love the finished product. We could not have enjoyed the crew that worked here any more. Jake, Tom, Al, Fernando, and Raffi were very professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. We are already planning our next project with Capital City and cannot wait to work with them again!

For nearly 20 years, we lived in our home with an outdated basement, and after countless conversations about remodeling, we finally decided to move forward. We hired Capital City Construction, and Jeremy was our Project Manager. He guided us through the design process, helped with selections, and truly brought our vision to life. Everyone on the Capital City team listened to our vision and provided thoughtful ideas throughout the project. Tom came in, ran the show, and offered great suggestions. Al was our talented carpenter, and Raphy worked independently with great skill. Fernando handled all the painting beautifully, and Edison was always happy to help with anything we needed. Frank did an excellent job on the fireplace, Glen took care of the mudding and taping, Dan and Cole fixed the many plumbing problems, John handled the HVAC work, and Raul and Jeremy took care of the electrical and fixed many electrical issues along the way. Every crew member and subcontractor was professional, skilled, and respectful of our home. We are beyond pleased with the results and only wish we had done this sooner. We will definitely hire Capital City Construction again for our next project!
