Dr. Mold did an amazing job from start to finish!! The installers arrived on time, and were courteous, considerate, friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained what they were doing. They thoroughly prepared the area to best protect our belongings and covered the floors from the exterior door and the attic access. They were very thorough in cleaning up after they finished. They showed me pictures of the finished mold removal (and sent me the pictures). The boards went from blackened to boards that looked like they were new wood right from the lumber yard. I highly recommend this company for any mold removal needs!!

Work was performed during vacation to have bathroom fully remediated. Upon return, the sink was still covered in black mold that the dehumidifier and air mover had been positioned after for 3 days. Kind of unsettling, to be honest. My husband called on a Sunday when we returned and they said they would follow up. They didn't. I called Tuesday and talked to the receptionist who was very helpful and they were able to come out and make it right when they picked up their equipment. I was just disappointed it was an obvious fix that got missed, and that we had to follow up more than once. Between the work itself and the help received from the receptionist, I gave the company stars. But I personally, unfortunately, would not hire again. I don't think this is a common occurrence but I am sharing my experience for transparency.

They accommodated a mold issue in my attic very well. I was very impressed with their ability to isolate the attic entry from the rest of the house to ensure nothing would migrate into the rest of the house during remediation. Also Jared was great, he was very patient with my situation and made the process a lot better overall.
