The team was at our house for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. They arrived on time and ready to work. They were respectful and congenial. In addition, they worked efficiently and effectively. The job was completed in just over 1.5 hours. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mold.

Did a good job, mold in shower area appears to have subsided, air feels cleaner and lighter over all in the house too. Crew did a great job using attic access as it was so there was no additional charge for larger opening and rebuild at the end. Cree also did a great job with wrapping and protecting daughters medical supplies in room too before beginning. Only issue I had was knowing final time they would be done with service and cleaned up. I was told multiple times to be prepared for and that caused some confusion. Then final time for clean out was at 22 hours which was 2hrs before i was legally allowed back in. I kept getting statement about gas levels being at 0, if i wanted to go in of my own accord. But company said i couldnt/shouldnt go in until 24hrs passed. I didnt like the way this oart was handled. But understood they were trying to get on to next job and house had to air out more. House needed more time than 24hrs to degas. 36hours plus seems more realistic to have the smell mostly gone. So be warned you might want to stay a 2nd night sonewhere else to allow chlotine smoke smell to subside......even with windows open most of day after 24 hrs it still took 36plus hrs for smell to real subside.
