Rainbow Restoration of BaltimoreMold Remediation in Baltimore, MD

Rainbow Restoration of Baltimore was prompt, reliable, highly professional, and exceptionally careful with my property (including small items such as documents and books). Rainbow first provided water mitigation services which were critical to limiting property damage. Rainbow coordinated directly with the insurer to expedite this phase of the work. This allowed me and the insurer to avoid greater losses.

I cannot say enough good things about Rainbow Restoration and their entire team! After an unexpected flood in my home, my kitchen and laundry area were left with water all over the floor. I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed, not knowing what to do next. From the moment Vatim came to assess the situation, I immediately felt a sense of relief. He was calm, professional, compassionate, and reassuring. He explained the process clearly and even offered to help me navigate the insurance process, which was a tremendous help during such a stressful time. Honestly, I felt like he was heaven-sent! Rainbow Restoration handled everything so professionally! Their team was efficient, trustworthy, respectful, and extremely professional. The quality of their work is outstanding, and everything was done so cleanly and thoroughly. The finished work was absolutely spotless! I also really appreciated that they provided a fair and reasonable price while delivering excellent workmanship. It is such a relief to know that there are still companies you can trust when you are dealing with an unexpected emergency in your home. I would highly recommend Rainbow Restoration to my family, friends, and anyone who needs restoration or repair services. And if I ever decide to do renovations or remodeling in my home in the future, they will definitely be one of the first companies I call! Thank you, Rainbow Restoration, especially Vatim, Roma and the entire team, for turning such a stressful situation into something I could handle with confidence. You did an amazing job! ❤️👏
