Just had Albert come over today for a visual inspection. Albert was supposed to be here between two and four called me around 12:30 said he had some free time if I would like him to come by earlier which was great for me. Inspected my registers in my apartment and some other spots that weren’t mentioned initially. This is the best part so the visual inspection was supposed to be 150, I needed an air test done which I assumed would be necessary. He told me because I was going to get the inspection that I didn’t need to pay the 150 and I could just pay , the 395 flat. I must say I really appreciate you guys not charging me individually for both. We all know times are hard right now and every dollar counts.
