We recently used Green Home Solutions for mold testing after having concerns about recurring mold/mildew in our upstairs bathroom and previous moisture issues in the home. After reaching out with my concerns, the company responded professionally, explained the testing process in detail, and returned at no additional cost to further inspect the areas we were worried about. The technician took the time to use additional tools/readings, answer questions, explain the role humidity and moisture can play, and provide practical prevention recommendations. What I appreciated most was that they did not try to pressure us into expensive remediation services that were not needed. Instead, they focused on education, transparency, and making sure we understood the findings and next steps. Overall, I appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to address concerns thoroughly.

From the 1st call I was greeted with a friendly conversation and a feel like they were able to help with my mold issue. The technician arrived on time and ready, no running back to the truck for this or oh i forgot that. He came prepared to work. After the results came back the same technician returned to complete the project which means alot because he already knew where to treat and clean the correct area's.
