Exceptional and professional service. Brian and team are ultra responsive and detailed. Very impressed with abatement process and attention to cleanup. Despite severe water damage, Clean Joe left the place spotless and disinfected the entire area before they left the site. I have worked with similar services for previous abatement jobs, Clean Joe is clearly the best!!

Some words to describe Clean Joe are professional, dependable, transparent, detailed, and quite literally, clean! Having experienced damage to my apartment from a sudden water leak, Clean Joe quickly helped to mitigate any further damages. Kevin O’Neil, the project manager overseeing the mitigation work in my unit, was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to work with. There was excellent communication and coordination of the whole team so that the demolition work was completed in a timely but thorough manner. Clean Joe also tidied up my place by removing all traces of debris and downed insulation and also carefully covered areas that did not require any mitigation work. Their estimates were also very competitive and fair. The service I received from Clean Joe was nothing less than stellar. I would not hesitate to work with Clean Joe again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable restoration company! Thank you Kevin and the entire Clean Joe Team!
