The inspection and quote from this company is more extensive and detailed than 2-3 other company’s I quoted from. They provide day to day breakdowns of actionable items and provide a general breakdown costs by the day (ie day 1 mold removal $X.XX, day 2 protective sealer $X.XX, $X amount for dumpster or other services). Their quote includes an analysis on why there’s mold and what best options you can do after the removal to prevent future mold. They are flexible on savings, you can do some of the work to get savings like removing insulation, renting your own dumpster, or maybe something else. If you do have them get a dumpster and if space allows, you can ask to use it to get rid of things as well. This company provided more detail in their quote than other companies, especially on what to do post removal to prevent future mold growth. They carry a warranty as long as underlying causes outlined are fixed to their prescriptions. The only thing I saw from other companies was a line item breakdown instead of this companies day to day breakdowns when it came to pricing. Scheduling was a bit weird since a timing schedule was never established, only the dates. They do generally show up promptly from 9-10 on scheduled days. A scheduled time, or generally a phone call ahead of time to notify of day to day arrival ETA’s would be preferred in today’s market. Their quoted price was higher than others in the area, but they definitely got the job done. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to get a serious job performed. I was giving a friend the name and recommendation of Advanced mold the other day, when I was looking up the ph. Number I saw the review page. I thought I should write one since I’ve given their name to several people. I can’t begin to say enough good things about our experience with them. From Stormy who came out to assess our problem to the techs that did the work. Very professional left our home spotless, also reasonably priced. We had a “mold specialist” come out and she practically wanted to tear down our home and have it rebuilt! Advanced mold explained everything we needed done and did a perfect job. I would highly recommend them.

From the initial estimate, it was clear they really know what they’re doing. Vance treated my home as if it were his own, taking the time to thoroughly assess not just the mold itself, but also the root cause and how to prevent it from happening again after remediation. I’m truly satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them.
