Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional services. I paid $300 for an estimate I never received. The team was late, unprofessional, and refused to share a quote. After a brief walkthrough where they asked no questions, they informed me via phone that they would not provide the promised quote. They kept the $300 fee without delivering the service. Avoid this branch at all costs.

I had a really disappointing experience with this SERVPRO location. The prices were much higher than expected, and the quality of the work didn’t match what I paid for. On top of that, the management was very unprofessional — instead of helping me understand my options, I felt pressured to pay upfront even though I had insurance. The whole process left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend this branch based on how things were handled. Hopefully, they take the feedback seriously and start treating customers with more honesty and respect.
