Sunlight ContractorsMold Remediation in New Orleans, LA

I had a great experience with Sunlight Contractors. Their team handled a major attic project at my home, and I was very impressed with the amount of work and attention to detail. They removed all of the old batt and loose-fill insulation, treated the exposed attic wood with borate, built new knee walls, and installed open-cell spray foam throughout the attic, including the roof deck, rafters, top plates, eaves, and soffits. They also took care of important structural work, including building temporary support walls, removing the existing roof bracing in sections, reinforcing the existing rafters with new lumber, and installing new attic bracing. This was much more than just an insulation job. Sunlight Contractors addressed the structure, insulation, air sealing, and protection of the attic as a complete system. The crew worked hard, explained what they were doing, and made sure the job was done properly. I would definitely recommend Sunlight Contractors to anyone looking for a knowledgeable contractor who can handle complicated attic, structural, and spray foam work from start to finish. Five stars!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am so happy I chose Sunlight Contractors. They completely transformed my home by fixing both my attic and my crawl space. They removed all of my old attic insulation, spray foamed the roofline, installed a whole-home dehumidifier, and completely dried and treated my subfloor before applying full-coverage closed-cell spray foam to the entire subfloor and all of the wood framing to protect it from future moisture problems. The difference in comfort throughout my home is incredible. What really impressed me was that the owner, Ira, was on my job site every single day making sure everything was done right. He answered every question I had and kept me informed throughout the entire project. I also want to thank Alan, Clayton, Abner, Clinton, George, and Eric. They worked incredibly hard every day in spite of extremely hot working temperatures, were always respectful, and took great pride in their work. You can tell this company truly cares about quality and doing the job the right way. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Sunlight Contractors to anyone looking for an honest company that stands behind its work. Five stars!

Sunlight Contractors did an excellent job spray‑foaming my attic. From my first call with Mr. Ira to the final inspection by Alan, they were responsive and professional. Day one, Alan, Eric, Juan, Kerlin, and Abner removed all the old fiberglass insulation quickly and cleanly. Day two, Corey, Bruce, and Azan applied the spray foam with great attention to detail and kept my home spotless. Highly professional team, great communication, and quality work. I strongly recommend Sunlight Contractors.
