⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am so happy I chose Sunlight Contractors. They completely transformed my home by fixing both my attic and my crawl space. They removed all of my old attic insulation, spray foamed the roofline, installed a whole-home dehumidifier, and completely dried and treated my subfloor before applying full-coverage closed-cell spray foam to the entire subfloor and all of the wood framing to protect it from future moisture problems. The difference in comfort throughout my home is incredible. What really impressed me was that the owner, Ira, was on my job site every single day making sure everything was done right. He answered every question I had and kept me informed throughout the entire project. I also want to thank Alan, Clayton, Abner, Clinton, George, and Eric. They worked incredibly hard every day in spite of extremely hot working temperatures, were always respectful, and took great pride in their work. I had been getting sick from the insulation in my attic, and when Ira and his team inspected it, they discovered the insulation was completely deteriorating and crumbling apart. It was clear that it needed to be removed immediately. Their team used professional high-speed vacuum equipment to completely remove all of the old insulation. After that, they sanitized the entire attic with a boric acid treatment to ensure everything was clean and safe before moving forward. They allowed the attic to properly dry and then installed open-cell spray foam along the roofline. The difference in the house is incredible. The attic is now clean, sealed, and properly insulated, and I feel so much better knowing the air quality in my home has improved. What impressed me the most was Sunlight Contractors’ transparency and professionalism.
