The water damage restoration specialists were genuinely there for us with a storm that knocked out our garage and half of our basement. Soon they were pumping water to prevent more damage. The personnel fully assessed the damaged areas and used professional drying equipment to immediately eliminate the moisture problem. I liked how much they knew about the cleaning and mending procedure. They were very professional, start to finish, and addressed all questions in a cool and timely manner. The whole process was done very meticulously and we felt safe that our home was in great hands with educated experts.
Our wood floors were salvaged by this business that fixes water damage. We believed we would have to replace everything because a pipe burst and drenched the living room. They carefully dried it off and were able to save the floor. I can't say enough good things about them.
During a storm, our finished basement flooded, and the carpet was soaked through. This business got back to us the same day and started drying things out right away. They even detected mold behind a wall that we didn't know was there. Very careful with the details.
