They did a pretty good job with their emergency water extraction operation, and didn’t miss any hidden spots. They brought in structural drying equipment and checked on progress with frequent inspections. Your honesty in discussing about mold removal and making sure there were no long term issues that came up was also appreciated. They did a very fantastic job with the flood cleanup and given solid advice on how to prevent water damage in the future.
Cleaning Up CCT Mold Remediation took care of a large mold problem we encountered in the bathroom behind a wall. From the inspection until the last cleanup, they were incredibly professional and thorough. They set up enough confinement, employed air filters, and told us what was going on at each step of the mold removal process. The workmen performed a wonderful job and kept the area as clean as they could. After everything was done, the air smelled much better, and the things that were broken were fixed the appropriate way. It went well, even though it could have been very tense.
Our wood floors were salvaged by this business that fixes water damage. We believed we would have to replace everything because a pipe burst and drenched the living room. They carefully dried it off and were able to save the floor. I can't say enough good things about them.
