We'd had a snail's pace slow leak from our washer that was likely the result of an installation error when we'd first moved in about 4 years ago. The leaky water did practically nothing to the laundry room, but the secondary bedroom with which it shares a wall wound up with salvageable but still soaked carpet. The carpet pad, however, was done for. It took a couple of days of texting back and forth to get someone to come out, but that was the only minor setback during the entire process. Once Mr. Ryan got in touch, he took charge of the situation, and it was smooth sailing after that.
