I cannot say enough good things about the team at United Fire & Water. I am currently dealing with a very stressful moisture intrusion issue in my condo, and these guys have gone completely above and beyond to help me navigate it. They’ve been out to my place twice now and have been nothing but helpful from the start. I initially contacted Jennifer, and she immediately put me in touch with Charles. Charles came out, evaluated the damage, and let me know we needed a commercial dehumidifier right away to stabilize the area. I was open with him about not wanting to incur a massive wall of expenses just yet, so he actually got me on the phone with the owner, Kevin. Kevin took the time to talk to me directly and personally assured me that they were going to look out for me and make sure everything worked out. Hearing that from the owner gave me huge peace of mind. I am still right in the thick of dealing with my HOA and property management company to get the root structural problem resolved, but Jennifer, Kevin, Charles, and the rest of the crew have been incredibly patient, friendly, and supportive throughout the process. We still have a ways to go to finish this fight and get my place back into livable shape, but they have been firmly in my corner the whole way. This company came and set up quickly and remove the wet flooring and baseboards to prevent further damage and was very respectful to me and my wife. They explained everything what was going on and if we had any other concerns or questions they didn't hesitate to answer. If I had to use them again I would but let's prey this never happen again.
