This company came and set up quickly and remove the wet flooring and baseboards to prevent further damage and was very respectful to me and my wife. They explained everything what was going on and if we had any other concerns or questions they didn't hesitate to answer. If I had to use them again I would but let's prey this never happen again. United Fire & Water (Baton Rouge) were on the job immediately after the leak behind my kitchen sink drain was discovered. They did a phenomenal job of mitigation and rebuilding my kitchen. Kyles crews got busy right away, removing EVERYTHING, from the floors on up to the cabinets. Beau was then left with the tough job of guiding me through picking out all of the new components for the perfect kitchen, from the porcelain floors, new custom cabinets, lovely stone countertops and breathtaking back splash...I LOVE my new kitchen. It's so bright and cheery, it makes cooking so much more fun! Thank you Beau! You managed to bring all of it together for me and LeRoy was great too!!! I hope I never have a leaky kitchen again, but if I do...my first call after the plumber will be to United Fire & Water!!! 'Wish I could leave pictures from start to finish, because the difference was amazing. THANK YOU ALL!!!!
Great Service. Brandon and Kevin G. did a great job! Price was a little high. They dried some wet carpet, small area, could have just replaced the carpet for cheaper than what they charged me
