Had a great experience with Restoration 1. We had a water leak in our garage so we called them for help. They had someone out to inspect it within a few days and came to do the remediation the following week. We were very impressed with the great communication and professionalism of everyone we worked with. Shout out to Lucas, Jaxson, Sam, Tim and Anna. We'll be calling you again if we ever need work in the future.

This crew is AMAZING! We had an ac/plumbing leak and had a lot of damage. They came out immediately, consistently followed up and did a really great job taking care of us! David the owner is honest, hardworking and his team (Lucas, serene, Samuel, Landon and Tim) that helped us was incredible and professional!

Highly recommend this company if you are in the market for their services. The technicians - Carson, Lucas, Walter, Dontae, and Landon and the office staff - Tim, Samuel, Anna, and Jude have all been top notch and gone above and beyond. They keep you updated on the status of the project and answered every single one of my many questions. They do not fool around, get the job done, and make sure to respect your house and keep everything clean. I called at 7:45 on a Friday night and they arrived within an hour. Within 2 hours they finished what needed to be done and had a plan for next steps. They promised the demolition would be done in less than a day and they lived up to that. I was most impressed with Lucas and Walter's work that day. Their lunch break was less than an hour and when they returned, they immediately started working again. Everyone has made an unfortunate situation as stress free as it could possibly be.
