Had a great experience with Restoration 1. We had a water leak in our garage so we called them for help. They had someone out to inspect it within a few days and came to do the remediation the following week. We were very impressed with the great communication and professionalism of everyone we worked with. Shout out to Lucas, Jaxson, Sam, Tim and Anna. We'll be calling you again if we ever need work in the future.

Restoration 1 was referred to me by a ATTABOY’S owner SAM, who repaired a broken pipe in my slab. Waking up to a squishy floor in my kitchen was extremely scary, being a widow whose husband took care of this kind of stuff. SAM was the one who called Brandon G. Who left a job and came here within 40 min. What a great guy, he set my mind at ease by explaining what I needed to do step by step, told me once I got a claim# if I wanted Restoration 1 for the job, to just give him a call. I had a claim number within about 20 minutes, made the call, and Brandon G was back here minutes after that!. I signed a paper and people were coming in with fans, dehumidifiers, measuring and whatever was needed they were absolutely great! I couldn’t have asked for a nicer group of workers! They were respectful, hardworking young men! They were actually quiet, hauled out the trash, swept up and left letting me know when to expect them the next day. Here are some of the guys I am talking about along with Brandon G, Cory, Carson, Jude, Dontea, Timothy & Jon. I certainly hope I got them all! This company must treat their employees very well because they were ALL smiling eager to answer questions and they all left with a smile! Wow, what a testament to this company! I have say, I am looking forward to meeting the rebuild group! Thanks Restoration 1 Lynn F
