Melissa Walters was our roofing project manager. She was very professional, knowledgeable and timely with her visits and follow up. She explained every step of the process. She met with our insurance agent and adjuster and explained verbally and with photos about the wind damage our roof had sustained. The roofing crew were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up. We opted to pay extra and get class 4 shingles which protects the roof up to 160 mile an hour winds and may lower our homeowners insurance. We highly recommend contacting Melissa and ServPro for any repairs or roofing needs. We used ServPro last year for a different roof issue and water damage in our attic and ceiling. They were great then as well. Our roof looks fabulous and we love it!!

Mike and his crew were excellent. They were very helpful in explaining everything that they were doing and any problems that they noticed that would help in the future. They got to work done quickly and were very clean and respectful of the house. Everyone on the crew made a bad situation much more tolerable.

These young men have been exceptionally helpful and thoughtful in explaining every step of the process. They have all gone out of their way to may sure that all of the mold and water damage mitigation is done well. They have been wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend Servpro to everyone.
