Melissa Walters was our roofing project manager. She was very professional, knowledgeable and timely with her visits and follow up. She explained every step of the process. She met with our insurance agent and adjuster and explained verbally and with photos about the wind damage our roof had sustained. The roofing crew were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up. We opted to pay extra and get class 4 shingles which protects the roof up to 160 mile an hour winds and may lower our homeowners insurance. We highly recommend contacting Melissa and ServPro for any repairs or roofing needs. We used ServPro last year for a different roof issue and water damage in our attic and ceiling. They were great then as well. Our roof looks fabulous and we love it!!

I would use SetvePro again in a heartbeat! My bathroom flooded causing damage in several rooms and leaked through the ceiling into the kitchen on the first floor. They came out to assess the damage as quickly as I called and further immediately began work to dry the damaged rooms. They have been consistent with communication regarding the process. In addition, over the last week through interim for the the adjuster and estimator to perform their work, the current team has been so kind to answer any questions and address concerns.
