I've worked with CleanAir Plus Jeremy Fuller and Reba, the mold detection dog on three different occasions. After all three experiences, I can honestly say I HIGHLY recommend them. All of these properties were considered luxury and in affluent areas. One would never suspect there was hidden mold in these buildings. Watching Reba work is amazing. She's also really cute! Her ability to find hidden areas of concern that you would NEVER notice just by looking is incredible! During one apartment inspection this year, Reba alerted on two bedroom walls where there didn't appear to be anything wrong from within the apartment. When Jeremy inspected the outside of the building, he found gaps in those exact areas that matched where Reba had alerted. She also alerted in the shower areas and even an interior apartment door that was probably from lumber used during the construction. Seeing everything come together like that gave me a lot of confidence in the inspection. Just as important as Reba's work is Jeremy's knowledge. He doesn't just perform an inspection and hand you a report. He takes the time to explain what he's finding, answer questions and help you understand what may be going on. I've learned so much from him about mold, moisture problems and how buildings can develop hidden issues. We had Jeremy come out and investigate water damage in a home we were purchasing. He turned out to be very very informative and he really understood and knew his stuff. It is so good to have a resource like this in Louisville who can share such great knowledge. He doesn't have any motive like other companies who want to sell you renovations.
