We had a flooded basement and Bear restoration saved us. Amazing company and amazing people. Emery was quick to come out assessed the situation and recommended the next steps. He also recommended an amazing plumber! Honest company that does amazing work. Within days our basement looked like nothing happened. Highly recommend Bear Restoration and will recommend it to anyone who asks. Once again, amazing company and amazing, honest, hardworking people!

Emery was friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help us after a water leak that damaged our basement. We felt overwhelmed with the extent of the issue but the team kept us informed and started remediation right away. We are very happy with the service and would recommend!

I called last night around 2 am because my sun pump wasn’t working. Emery was very nice. He advised me to check the sum pump to see if it stuck, reset the electricity and try to plug the sum pump into a different plug. I did everything he advised but it didn’t work. He didn’t have a new sum pump on his truck and he called Josh to come within an hour to install a new sum pump for me. I really appreciate Emery for helping in the middle of the night. He also called me in the morning to check if everything is ok. I think I will call him if I have pluming problems from now on. Thanks so much Emery.
