On Friday of a holiday weekend my water heater broke and flooded my basement. Emery Bear was recommended for this job. I called thinking it would be days because of the weekend. Next thing I knew Emory was here! He saw where the water was, he called his brothers and I wish I remembered their names, they brought over equipment and started working! Water was in half of unfinished basement and part of finished area. They put holes in the walls near the floor in a closet that was wet and other areas lifting carpet up to get air circulating, and had fans and dehumidifiers running for four days. When he came back every area was dry! He and his brothers were the kindest, most caring and efficient team. Helping me to avoid a disaster they worked until they got things under control, after hours on a Friday. Excellent customer service! Terry

Emery Bear and his team provided quick response when I found 3 inches of water in my finished basement. They cleaned up everything, remediated all areas and recommended expert structural repair to restore the damage. Especially appreciated the thoroughness and post-project followup that ensured our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Bear Restoration.
