Emery was friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help us after a water leak that damaged our basement. We felt overwhelmed with the extent of the issue but the team kept us informed and started remediation right away. We are very happy with the service and would recommend!

I called last night around 2 am because my sun pump wasn’t working. Emery was very nice. He advised me to check the sum pump to see if it stuck, reset the electricity and try to plug the sum pump into a different plug. I did everything he advised but it didn’t work. He didn’t have a new sum pump on his truck and he called Josh to come within an hour to install a new sum pump for me. I really appreciate Emery for helping in the middle of the night. He also called me in the morning to check if everything is ok. I think I will call him if I have pluming problems from now on. Thanks so much Emery.

The whole team was awesome. Emery is extremely knowledgeable. I had to redo the tub in the guest bath due to a leak. I already had a plumber lined up, but needed help with demo and tile. The demo was efficient and clean. He was great with scheduling, very responsive, and the final product far exceeded our expectations. The tile crew was so good. I don't think these pictures do it justice, but the old tile is the browner 80s style and the new tile is pearl white. It was installed exactly how we hoped. Our plumber actually asked who did our tile because he was also impressed. Will definitely be reaching out for any other home repair/remodel. Thanks again!
