I would love to be able to give a 5 star review, but I can't. Full disclosure, they did not do any work and that's a large part of the problem. A little over a week and a half ago I filled in their online contact form. They responded very promptly and were able to send someone to take a look at my mold problem the next business day. My mold issue is fairly small, but I would still prefer to have professionals take care of it. The individual who came out said he'd have a quote by the end of the day. That was Monday, January 20th. On Wednesday the 22nd, I reached back out and was told they'd check on it. I've yet to receive a quote and at this point know that I won't. While I understand small jobs are likely not appealing for a business, the 1 star is because this company is not the first company I've dealt that has essentially ghosted me with a reply. A simple "we can't do this job" would have been enough for me to not leave this review. But, when I've dealt with this across a few different companies, this is my only recourse.
Mike and his team helped me with mold removal in my basement. They have done a really thorough and professional job with reasonable price. now my basement looks and smells totally different. Definitely recommend them.
I absolutely recommend these guys!! Called and they were out there to check out what needed done quickly! I was in a last minute crunch to sell my house and they saved the day. Chris is very professional and respectful. They were respectful of my home and got the work done absolutely on time and then some!! Price was very reasonable!! If you need work done by someone you can trust, I highly suggest you use these guys! Thanks again!!!
