The owner, Michael, showed up immediately with an amazingly qualified team. Randy Weather was very knowledgeable and pleasant as was the entire team comprised of Travis Hall, Justin Williams and Roger Thompson. They were very honest and took time to listen to me and answer my questions. All had pleasant and positive energy with excellent customer service. Very efficient and professional company. If you want an honest and caring company, I highly recommend Guardian Angel- their name speaks for itself!!
I had a great experience with Guardian Angel Restoration after a water issue in my garage. Roger Thompson, the project manager who provided the estimate, was transparent, straightforward, and very customer-oriented. The mitigation crew led by Jeff Reed was professional, courteous, and kept everything organized throughout the process. The restoration work—including repairing the damaged section and installing insulation and drywall on two garage walls—was completed by Mr. Scott and his son Clayton, and they did excellent work. Their craftsmanship, efficiency, and respect for the space really stood out. As a single female homeowner and navigating repairs in my first house, it meant a lot to work with a team that was trustworthy, professional, and easy to communicate with. I truly felt taken care of throughout the process and would absolutely recommend Guardian Angel Restoration.
