Ecobak saved the day! I called them for a service that had to be done before I sold my house, and they made it happen less than 24 hours later. Jarod and Cole did great job, communicated well, and was very polite. Price was very reasonable!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Wes came to my house within an hour of me calling him. about 20 minutes later his whole team quickly and gently emptied my basement, pumped out all the water & dried it completely. they hauled away & cleaned my items that were savable. EcoBak Restoration had my things a few weeks, understandable. Cole kept in touch, letting me know where they were in the process, so I wouldn't worry. today Jared and Jordan delivered my things back to me, cleaned up and ready to use again. would highly recommend them. professional, personable & curtious. they know what they're doing
I can’t remember the last time I worked with such a thorough, efficient Team! Excellent communication skills with the customer!!! EcoBak was on site the same day with my roofing contractor, Moss Roofing, to assess the interior damage to my home caused by a roof leak from a busy raccoon! Mitigation began from my attic to the first floor of my house, down to the crawlspace. Insulation, ceilings, walls, and flooring were impacted and removed.I had industrial fans in the area; they checked the moisture readings daily to make sure they took care of everything that was affected. The area was always cleaned up each time they left the job site. EcoBak finished their portion today… I will miss working with Wes, Jared, Cole, and the rest of the team! Very kind individuals with a top-notch Work ethic!!! Thank you, for making a tough situation bearable!
