We had our bathroom fully remediated and remodeled down to the studs. While the project was completed, the overall quality of the finish work does not reflect what we expected from a full renovation. There are several visible workmanship issues, including uneven and excessive caulking, paint drips and inconsistent wall texture, and poorly finished trim and corner transitions. The tile work also shows inconsistencies, including uneven spacing and a visibly misaligned tile. In addition, wall patches and previous holes remain visible through the paint, and a damaged window screen was left in place. We raised these concerns directly with the company after completion and after final payment, and provided the opportunity to correct the issues. While a $2,000 rebate was offered, the company declined to return and address the workmanship concerns. For a full remodel, we expected a higher level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Excellent excellent excellent service. My son left the faucet running upstairs all day and the water flooded all the way down to the basement. I called elite after looking at their reviews. I called them after hours because this wasn’t caught until after 5 PM. They came out that night right away and I can’t tell you how professional and helpful they have been. They moved anything and everything out of the way for me. They communicated with me & let me know each step of the process. They called before they arrived each morning, even though they had already told me the day, before what time they would be there. I just can’t say enough great things about this company. If you’re ever in the unfortunate circumstance of needing a company like this, I would highly recommend them. Their employees are top-notch.
