I very rarely do reviews. But I can't not do it. Please do not go anywhere else to get your restoration done. This company is top notch in all that they do. I had Drew, Gill, and Jayden here today. They took all I mean every little piece of litter with them. After everything they cut and took apart they cleaned so much and even have filters on the blowers. Conner was the first one out to assess the damage. He did a thorough check. They think about the health of there customers through out this ordeal . Things I would if never thought. Worth every penny! I called on a Saturday morning and had someone come out that very same afternoon. Victor was very thorough in his walkthrough, discussing the scope of work, laying out expectations, and explaining the appropriate course of action. All questions were addressed, and the pricing was very transparent. The team started work the very next day. They not only did an excellent job remediating all of our water damage and mold, but they took special precaution to make sure it was as least disruptive as possible to our home. Plastic partitions were set up, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers were provided, and the cleanup was exceptional. Communication with their office was easy and consistent. The area looks brand new! We recently used CWF to dry out part of our ceiling after a shower pipe leaked. Giovanni was great, he explained the options and process clearly and in a no-pressure way. We felt pricing was fair and everyone we encountered from set up to take down was friendly, prompt, and professional. Even our contractor who repaired the drywall after complimented how neatly the space was cut. He did not have to do additional “fixing” as he’s come across from other companies. Would definitely contact CWF again - but hopefully we won’t have to!
