PuroClean of Downtown ChicagoMold Remediation in Chicago, IL

Dylan did a great job organizing kind, compassionate team members who were willing to accommodate requests for mitigations due to tenants being immunocompromised. Every member of the crew, including Sergio and Ruben, were thoughtful, respectful of tenant and property, and nice to talk to. They cleaned up after they took the water mitigation fans away, including sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor. They might have left the floor cleaner than when they first came! I would definitely hire this company again if needed (even if insurance wasn’t paying).

A leak in our roof allowed water into our home, initially unnoticed and eventually evident as it came through the garage ceiling. Our insurance company dallied and we ended up with wet ceiling, walls and floor of entranceway closet with mold formation and odor. We called Puroclean, had Daemon reply and visit us the following day. He assessed and educated us on what was necessary and had Dallas and Reuben on site next day. All the damaged structures were torn down, timber was treated and dehumidifiers set up to pull water from the closet supports and the wood floor. Meters were used to establish what area of the hardwood floor needed treatment. The equipment ran continuously for days until those gentlemen were satisfied that water had been removed. Now we move on to rebuilding. Thank you Reuben, Dallas and Daemon for the professional help. Larry

Jon and his PuroClean mitigation team were wonderful to work with after a pipe burst caused flooding in my River North condo. Jon has patient, kind, responsive, and professional throughout a very stressful process. He acted quickly to mitigate the damage in my unit and was especially helpful in communicating through issues involving my insurance claim. I truly appreciated the urgency, care, and professionalism he and his team showed from start to finish on the mitigation side. Five stars.
