A leak in our roof allowed water into our home, initially unnoticed and eventually evident as it came through the garage ceiling. Our insurance company dallied and we ended up with wet ceiling, walls and floor of entranceway closet with mold formation and odor. We called Puroclean, had Daemon reply and visit us the following day. He assessed and educated us on what was necessary and had Dallas and Reuben on site next day. All the damaged structures were torn down, timber was treated and dehumidifiers set up to pull water from the closet supports and the wood floor. Meters were used to establish what area of the hardwood floor needed treatment. The equipment ran continuously for days until those gentlemen were satisfied that water had been removed.
