I had Ralph from Moldman come out to my home today to assess whether mold remediation was needed, and I had a great experience! Ralph was extremely thorough in his inspection, took time to check the entire house, and clearly explained what he was seeing. But what I appreciated most was his honesty! After the inspection, he told me he did not feel that professional remediation was necessary and gave me practical tips for how I could get rid of the very small amount of mold that we found on a few surfaces, on my own. Considering he could have easily recommended costly services, I really appreciated that transparency. If I ever do need remediation in the future, he’ll be the first person I call! Highly recommend Moldman for anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy professional.

We had David from Moldman out twice. The first time was for a quote for mold remediation. We ended up going with another company only because the scheduling worked out better--David was helpful and knowledgeable. The second time was for an inspection both to check that the remediation had been conducted properly and to assess whether we might have a separate issue. Both times, David was informative and honest--he didn't try to upsell us, and in fact advised us against more expensive services he thought weren't necessary. Editing a few weeks later to add: we discovered a separate (third, alas!) plumbing issue that had released some water elsewhere in the house. I emailed David to ask his opinion. He got back to me quickly, offered to look at photos, and gave helpful advice. Full marks for customer service. I recommend them highly.

Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous and very helpful. Robert and Jay, worked with us, as agreed, to empty the heavy furniture and many boxes out of the basement room that had the visible mold. Their attitude was always positive, and nothing was a problem for them. When the sheetrock was removed it was clear we needed to expand the scope of the work to both downstairs bedrooms. They worked diligently and were able to get the whole job done in the two days they had us scheduled for. It was a blessing. It feels so much better.
