CCR handled mold removal in our crawlspace after we found out it had spread more than we thought. they suited up, sealed everything off from the rest of the house, and got it cleaned out over two days. air down there feels different now, none of that damp smell that used to come up through the vents. they tested afterwards too so we had something to show. price was right around the other quote i got, maybe a little less actually

had mold growing in the laundry room around the dryer vent area and along the bottom of the wall. didn't realize how bad it was til we moved the machines out. CCR took out the damaged drywall, cleaned and treated the studs behind it, and put everything back together. they also checked the vent line itself since that was contributing to the moisture issue. after reading through some reviews for mold companies in Chicago they seemed like the right call and that turned out to be true. the whole area is dry now and there's zero smell anymore which was a big deal because it was getting into our clothes. they were pretty efficient about the actual work too, didnt drag it out. the removal was done in one full day and we were able to get the machines back in the next morning

Ended up using CCR after getting a few different opinions on a mold situation in our crawl space. They were the most direct about what actually needed to be done versus what was optional. The crew that came out was efficient and didn't drag the job out longer than necessary. It's been about three weeks since they finished and everything still looks and smells clean down there. A lot of companies doing mold work in Chicago seem to overcomplicate things, but these guys just handled it and moved on.
