Claude and Jonathan came to our home to access the damage. They explained everything and how each step would take place. They didn’t miss anything. Once our demo started, they would stay in constant communication, never missing an opportunity to explain what happens next. They made us feel so comfortable and were the first to let us know we were in great hands. They treated our home as if it was theirs. They showed us how they were able to get up any moisture and made sure we wouldn’t have to deal with mold or mildew caused from our leak in the future. Once our mitigation was complete, we were sent over to Ray (our property manager) for our restoration. Ray came into our home and also explained everything and how each step would work. Ray worked diligently to make sure our restoration was complete. He stayed in constant communication with us and always made us feel comfortable. Ray knows his stuff! Don’t hesitate to let him give you advice. He was kind and never left us with unanswered questions. Property medics came to us in a time of need but we will use them now for all of our needs and wants in the future! From start to finish, they were amazing! We had a water leak inside our home that came through the fireplace. Property Medics Restoration company did a fantastic job of placing a dehumidifier unit to dry out the moisture. We had the dehumidifier unit for seven days and they sent Tyler to check the area and remove the dehumidifier unit. Tyler was extremely professional and knowledgeable about checking the dehumidifier unit. He removed the covering, check for moisture, and the indicator shows the house was dry from the water leak. He politely asked if I wanted the ceiling to be covered, and I told him yes, and he covered the opening in the ceiling and used the shop vacuum to remove some installation that was on the floor.
