The team responded so quickly and got started without delay. John was especially helpful and clearly communicated during the process. I got regular updates on progress and I was given a good understanding on what to expect. Professional team with excellent people skills.

Servepro came to our facility to help with a mold issue in our modular trailer. They cleaned all the cleanable surfaces. For all surfaces that were not cleanable they removed from the building. They also bagged up all personal items and left for the staff to take home. The response time and communication were top notch. JT was the project manager; he did a tremendous job leading the team and communicating with me. The rest of the team: Levi (Crew Chief) Shawn, Wes, and Gio (Techs) were also great to work with!
