Definitely want to give SerClean a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!! The demo crew, floor board crew, and threshold crew did an outstanding job restoring the laundry rooms from extreme water damage to brand new solid flooring!!!!!! The 2 workers who were initially here from ServClean were very communicative and customer oriented. The sub-contractor crew who installed the flooring one was from Mexico and the other was from El Salvador did a superb job installing the new flooring. Lastly the threshold crew who put the icing on the cake Mr William Killian and his co worker Thaddius solidly installed the two threshold’s that were hastily put on by a previous crew. BIG UPS to WILLIAM & THAD !!!!!!
Love the professionalism and politeness of all the employees! They did a great job and communicated very well the work they did.
In a word: UNPROFESSIONAL. We have significant water damage in our basement and this is an issue that requires timely intervention. We were told we would receive paperwork that needed to be filled out to start the process of restoration. They gave me a 3 hour window to wait for a tech to come. When the tech shows up, we find out that we’ve only been sent one of the three papers that needed to be signed. The person that we communicated with (Ryan) only sent one— and this is AFTER he misspelled the name of the email that was sent to him via text perfectly spelled the first time (and we had to beg for the paperwork to be resent). We still haven’t received it, 2 days later! I don’t understand this. There’s been zero successful communication on their part. I reached out today and they tell me “oh, so and so is out of town, that’s why they haven’t reached out to you”. No resolution. No solution. So who are we supposed to talk to? Completely unprofessional. They couldn’t care less about their customer’s experience. We’re talking about a job that’s probably worth about $15,000+ and I can’t even get people to respond to me. Save your money: go elsewhere!
