MAG Water Damage AtlantaMold Remediation in Atlanta, GA

During our bathroom renovation, we uncovered mold that required remediation. This company helped to alleviate our stresses and provided tremendous support throughout the process. Their professionalism and expertise were top notch. The project manager was amazing. She went above and beyond with her extensive knowledge, responsiveness, meticulous attention to detail, and caring approach. Her reassuring guidance was incredibly helpful every step of the way. After dealing with other mold remediation companies and having a negative experience with them, it was clear just how outstanding the project manager and this company are. I highly recommend this company.

We had a sudden water infiltration claim on our house that needed fast remediation and mitigation. The water came from our second floor to inside the first floor. This company took care of us with no hassle. This company deserves a high five star rating. They are experienced and even employ a former lead tech that follows protocol. Their crew is trustworthy. We would call this company again.!!

The whole package. MAG Water Damage Atlanta is professional on the phone, equipment, and technicians. I asked many questions and the technician answered them all and more. I knew he knew what he was doing. This is how service is supposed to be. We found mildew, which we thought was mold in our vents. I called this company expecting to wait a few days to see a service technician with all the flooding we just had. The technician showed up within a few hours and investigated the issue and put us to ease. We made an appointment to have our system cleaned and this company showed up exactly on time and spent over 10 hours cleaning and disinfecting. Showed before and after photos. Two years earlier we had a company clean our vents and that is all they did, they did not disinfect or open up the exchanger which is where the real issue starts. I have three grandchildren that are here all the time, the best money i have spent in a long time. Thank you, very, very professional.
