Michael, Ivan, Lisa, Tammy, and team were the most helpful group of people as I was trying to investigate air quality issues in my town house. They try to be holistic in their approach and are willing to put in the time to collect all the information needed. The team seemed earnest in trying to help. I am very appreciative of the work they did for me. I would recommend Indoor Air Quality Services if you are looking for partners to help figure out air quality issues within your home. They tell you upfront if you need to seek out other companies for areas of expertise that they do not handle. In my case, the air quality issues stemmed from only one return for the HVAC system in the whole house, which led to air quality and circulation suffering in the second floor. The team did some research and suggested relevant companies who could help me figure out the correct solution.

I wonder why I got a Cease and Desist for what they're still doing to me (a disabled person with a husband with cancer), in court, wanting more money after leaving the house gutted and moldy when we moved back in, in the middle of winter after 1 year of being in temp housing. They had completely abandoned the property (all the equipment you see on that one video -out of many- was gone months before we moved back in, in the middle of winter, without floors, insulation, ceilings, etc. even though our insurance paid them and they got an extra $92K wired transferred to rebuild which they never did and are now suing us for more! They had the audacity to say they completed the job. The house still smells, we still get sick (my elderly brother got pneumonia). They sinply didn't rebuild. Out of greed they want more money aside from double billing, making things worse by leaving the house unattended and torturing someome like me, with PTSD, with their nonsense as if it was sport. Seems like they only like 5 star reviews and whoever doesn't, gets a C&D from their attorneys. There is no way this company only has 5 star reviews. They also operate as ATL Restoration.

Air Quality Servicies is such a professional company. My daughter and I have been having health issues in our apartment. We have been dealing with this for 2 years. The management of this building brushed off our complaints. Finally when we were having some breathing difficulties along with other issues, they brought their vendors in to see if their attempts at cleaning our vents and carpets would help. Very low tier venders. When dealing with health issues it is scary. I then turned to Air Quality for their expertise. They are thorough and reliable.
