Water Damage Pros helped us with a mold issue we had in our master bathroom and bedroom. The mold started around the shower/grout area and had affected the wall into the master bedroom as well. Tom and his team were great to work with. They communicated well, showed up when they said they would, and did a very professional job. One thing I really appreciated was that they also helped handle the communication with my insurance company. They sent the documentation, explained the situation, and made that part of the process much easier for me. The price was fair, the work was done properly, and I’m very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Water Damage Pros to anyone dealing with mold or water damage, especially in the New Port Richey area.

I called with questions about a damp smell in my home. Tom took the time to listen and ask follow up questions to make sure he understood my concern. He came out to do an inspection at no charge and gave me a lot of great information and tips for helping with humidity levels and air quality management. Highly recommend!!
